The BIG VW Camp Out - 21st to 22nd August
In light of the Government announcement banning BBQ's and Fires, and with those two aspects being the leading part of our event, we have made the unfortunate decision to cancel The BIG VW Camp Out on its current dates.
Our vision for the event was to have a chilled night, surrounded by campfires, toasting marshmallows and having a relaxed time for everyone. The extreme heat, dry ground conditions and high fire risks mean that we cannot host our event in the way that was planned, and that wouldn't be fair on you!
We will be looking at a new date, likely to be next year between March - June, which we will email all ticket holders with the new date. That said, if you wish to claim a refund, please email us and we will process that for you immediately.
All refunds take between 7-10 working days to return to your account, but it is usually much quicker.
Sorry for any dissapointment, but we dont believe it would be right to run such a restricted event, which would impact your enjoyment too.
