Set on 12 acres of lush green grass, with a small gravel area at the site entry, Torbay Showground can be used by anyone! Unfortunately, there is no connected services to the land.
The site benefits from excellent vehicular access, already existing gravel paths for roadways and a Stagecoach Bus Stop only 150m away from our Top Gate, unlocking trade potential for both drivers, and those that rely on public transport.
